Cyprus-based airline Cobalt Air has ceased operations after failing to agree new monetary preparations with collectors.
The low-cost provider, which operated flights to Stansted, Gatwick and Heathrow within the UK, mentioned all flights could be cancelled from 23:50 on Wednesday night time.
Passengers with excellent tickets have been urged to not go to Larnaca or every other airport, as no additional departures have been deliberate.
No Cobalt employees could be current, a press release from the airline added.
Passengers have been suggested to hunt compensation from their bank card suppliers or journey brokers.
