Emaar Properties recorded 4,756 transactions cumulatively price D13.1 billion within the first six months of this 12 months, accounting for the most important share of all property gross sales in Dubai.
Emaar emerged as the highest developer each when it comes to transactional quantity and worth of general properties – each residential and business – registered within the first half of 2019, in line with Dubai Land Division information analysed by on-line portal Property Finder.
Within the first half of the 12 months, the Dubai Land Division registered a complete of 18,681 complete transactions, with Emaar accounting for 30 per cent of these offers.
In the meantime transactions cumulatively price D40 billion have been registered in Dubai between January-June, with Emaar accounting for nearly 40 per cent of them.
Emaar models have been primarily offered in tasks equivalent to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Property, Dubai South, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Harbour and Arabian Ranches 2, the report mentioned.
Different prime builders within the first half of 2019 have been Damac Properties, Nakheel, Dubai Properties, Azizi Developments, Seven Tides Worldwide, Danube Properties and MAG Group.
Damac Properties recorded 1,476 registered actual property transactions collectively price D1.7 billion.
The developer noticed curiosity in tasks like Damac Hills and Aykon Metropolis in Enterprise Bay.
In the meantime Nakheel accounted for 1,129 registered property offers price D2.25 billion within the first half.
These models have been principally within the Palm Jumeirah and Worldwide Metropolis.
