Besele Moses Moloi has been appointed sous chef at Grei on the award-winning Saxon Resort, Villas & Spa.
Moloi was a part of the workforce that launched Grei in 2018, and this appointment is the following step for a younger chef that has proved his mettle not solely internationally (on the Ritz Carlton Resort in Naples, Florida), but in addition regionally (within the famend Greenhouse Restaurant in Cape City).
