Grasp developer Nakheel is investing AED15 million (£three million) to extend boat mooring capability on Palm Jumeirah, with two new marinas that can carry the whole berths on the island to 600.
New marinas are on the best way at Nakheel’s Azure Residences waterfront condo and restaurant advanced on the island’s jap trunk, and on the Pointe, Nakheel Malls’ seafront eating and purchasing vacation spot.
Nakheel has appointed Majestic Marine Engineering to construct the brand new services, with Utilized Expertise & Administration the appointed consultants.
The marinas accommodate a complete of 44 boats and yachts as much as 30 metres lengthy, and can complement Nakheel’s two present marinas on the island, at Palm Views East and West, that are already at full capability with 556 moorings.
Nakheel can also be constructing six marinas, at a value of AED165 million, at its new waterfront grasp improvement, Deira Islands. Between them, they may accommodate 614 boats and yachts as much as 60 metres lengthy.
